I was very impressed with the demolition work performed by Suncoast Wrecking. They demo-ed my home in Madeira Beach in a few days, leaving the property clear of all debris and planted with grass seed. They took care of everything from obtaining the permit to calling for a final inspection. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding, with updates on scheduling, progress reports and completion. The best part is that the price was right, being the lowest bidder from three companies in the Pinellas County area. I could not expect better service in every respect from any contractor.
