I hired Charlie Brown's Hauling & Demolition for a mobile home demolition and a Florida room removal. They were referred to me by other mobile home owners in my complex who hired them for similar services that they said they were very happy with. I'm glad that I reached out to them; the demolition and cleanup afterwards went very well. I was satisfied with their service.

I solicited an estimate for a deck removal from a couple of contractors, including Charlie Browns, and instead of getting an estimate, the other contractor recommended him. He did a good job with the deck removal, cleaned up, and then hauled away the debris. I'm definitely satisfied with the service and experience overall.

Luckily, I found Charlie Brown, and we were able to negotiate an agreeable price. They sent me pictures of the job after it was done, and I never had any issues with communicating with him. We needed a junk mobile home removed. He was quick, available soon and finished in 2 days. We had asked that he clean up the mess others had left before him, and remove a burn pile. He sent pictures and it looked great. When we went to the property there was still garbage everywhere, the burn pile hadn't been touched, broken glass all over. The pictures he had sent didn't show the trashed areas and couldn't show the glass. We had to hire someone else to clean the land properly.

I went with Charlie Brown to remove a fiberglass swimming pool, and they did fine in most aspects of the demo. They got the pool removed and filled it in. However, I felt the cleanup coul've been better. That aside, they were a good company to use for the job.

They got the job done but wasn't without a few minor issues. What's important is that they got it all completed and everything got taken care of.

The job involved removal of a 7-foot bar out of the house. Charlie Brown's Hauling did the work. They were on time and worked efficiently to get it hauled away. They got the bar out without causing damage along the way. Only issue was that I thought I paid too much for the service, but other than that, they did a great job.

The interior of a 60x12 ft. mobile home was totally burnt out. I got great service from Charlie's who was able to remove the unit for me. I had no problem with them and everything went fine. I was extremely satisfied.
