Missed appointments, overbooked and changed rates last minute. I have been speaking with Brandon from TN Pro Haulers since March about my upcoming move. He quoted me his price, then tried to change it the week before my move. I asked him about it, and he said that he would honor the original price. However, he failed to show up for our first appointment, saying he forgot because he had a fence that he was building. I understand that people get busy, so I brushed it off. Come moving day, he was supposed to show up at 10 o’clock and I got a text message at 9:45 saying that he was gonna have to push me back because he had something personal come up and wouldn’t be able to meet with me until 12. He then said that he was going to move my entire house with a truck and trailer instead of a box truck like we discussed. From there his rate tripled, which is expected because now he’s doing more work and more trips but shouldn’t have been a penalty towards me because he was unprepared. I own my own business, I know what my appointments are, I know what equipment is needed daily, and I show up on time. If that’s what you’re looking for, do not hire Brandon. He gave me every excuse in the book from having to take his wife to get a rental car, to changing his flight to Texas so that he could squeeze me in (even though he had 2 months notice). I asked him if this was his full-time job, he said that it was, that he worked seven days a week. I’m not sure how he makes any money with this work ethic.
Good prices and polite fast workers. I originally hired them to remove a couch for me but in the end they took way more than that after I found more stuff I wanted taken away.
We had Tennessee Pro Haulers remove a barn and shed from our property and we're so glad we did. Our property looks great and the team was a pleasure to work with. We already hired them to do more work for us. Highly recommend Brandon and his team.
