When I needed my 10 ft x 60 ft mobile home demolished, I went with T.D. Sims Company Inc. I received two bids from separate contractors, but I ended up going with T.D. Sims Company, even though they gave me a higher quote. I have no regrets working with them. I feel like I got what I paid for because I was so pleased with their services. They told me ahead of time when they were coming, and they showed up on the agreed upon date. The promptness of their service was exceptional too. They finished the project within three hours and even hauled away the debris, which saved me a lot time. I highly recommend this contractor.

T.D. Sims did a great job handling my house s demolition. They were relatively quick to finish. They brought two dump trucks of shale dirt to fill and level the ground. They picked up all the trash from the demolition and did a good job with everything.
