WE WANTED AN INGROUND SWIMMING POOL REMOVED AND WANTED TO SAVE THE CONCRETE POOL SLAB THAT BUTTED UP AGAINTS THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. THEY POINTED OUT THAT THE CONCRETE WAS SLOPED AT AN ANGLE THAT THE RAIN WATER WAS RUNNING UNDERNEATH OUR HOME AND WOULD EVENTUALLY CAUSE A FOUNDATION PROBLEM. NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES MENTIONED THIS POTENTIAL FUTURE PROBLEM AND IT MADE PERFECT SENSE. VERYKNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFULL AND HIS QUOTE ARE VERY PERCISE. RVRN STATING THAT WE COULD CO HOSE TO HAVE TOPSOIL FOR THE LAST LOAD AT TOPSOIL COST AND WOULD GRADE IT OUT FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST . AFTER SEVERAL QUOTES VB DEMOLITION WAS NOT THE LOWEST AND NOT THE HIGHEST, BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND EVEN TOOK AWAY SOME BACKYARD JUNK FOR FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We originally got a quote for removal of a small hot tub slab, and a concrete antenna base. We then asked if they could cut down our HVAC unit slab as it was greatly oversized; we also added removing a brick mailbox to the job. They completed everything they said they would do, almost. I have a few minor complaints. No effort was taken to cover my HVAC unit, to keep the concrete dust out of it while they were sawing away at the slab. On day two when trying to back into the driveway the trailer got stuck on the slope and the driver proceeded to push through it which left a 4ft scratch. The soil they put in place of the slabs removed is called fill dirt . Being ignorant to that term I didn t question it in the quote. I belive they should be using Topsoil. As that is what should be used to renew the lawn with grass. The clean up was minimal as there is still dirt covering my HVAC pad and the base of my driveway.

We had a burned down 1800 sq. ft. brick house that we had gutted and demolished by VB Demolition & Construction. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. We felt really confident with him taking on the job and were never disappointed. They provided excellent work throughout and would most definitely use again!

I was helping out my daughter who needed her garage demolished, as it was already falling off, as well as a few other things to be demolished around the property. I made the initial contact with VB Demolition and Construction Inc and hired them for the job. Their work was good. They came on time and were out of there in just a couple of days. Although their price was a little jumpy, it was understandable because they didn t know there was some flooring in the garage, so they had to do a little extra work for that one. Overall, they were pretty good and we were satisfied with their work.
