We help homeowners take advantage of benefits related to the charitable tax donation credits. We can take out kitchen/bath fixtures and then will provide the homeowner with donation receipts. Alternatively, we can handle a full house demo and make sure the majority of the house gets donated. Generally, tax deductions offset our cost to deconstruct.
