When my house was destroyed from hurricane Harvey, I called around to get prices to demolish and haul away my house. At the time, it was my vacation home and I didn t know anyone here in Rockport. Phil gave me a fair price (though it was more than some others) and didn t ask for money up front. I trusted Phil to do the job, and he never let me down. He did a fantastic job clearing my lots and grading it for the new home. He is a good contractor, and though I never met him in person, he always keeps his word. It s nice to know that there are still honorable people in this world.
