Oregon Demolition

We had a 28 ft. by 50 ft. mobile home that Oregon Demolition demolished for us. Unfortunately, they really stressed me out. They damaged a carport post and then just left it there—they didn't bother to fix it. They also didn't clean the debris out when the demolition was done. We called them several times to come fix the post, but no one ever showed up. We ended up hiring someone to fix the post and clean up the site.

The city needed a couple of houses demolished, and we awarded Oregon Demolition the job. They were very prompt with their service even though the project required them to do multiple site visits to complete the demo. Overall, we're satisfied with the work done and will definitely be contacting them again if another bid offer arises.

We hired Oregon Demolition to demolished a mobile home for one of our clients, and we were both very happy with the work and the service we got. They did their job really well. They stuck to their initial estimate, and they were honest and followed through with their original plan.

I had a single-level 970 sq. ft. home demolished to make way for a new home. Oregon Demo did the work for us and did a great job. In fact, we are still working with them on other projects. I would've given them a 5 but we should always give people room for improvement.

I needed some interior demolition and a roof tear off. Oregon Demolition exhibited professionalism and competence throughout the project. They hauled away all the debris after the demolition. I was happy with the results. They kept their promises, acknowledged my concerns and acted on it with a high level of responsiveness.

I had a small wooden barn which was around 20x40 ft with a carport type addition that needed to be demolished. No removal of concrete pad was needed. Oregon Demo did a good job.

I had everything in my kitchen removed including appliances, cabinets etc. I was remodeling the kitchen so I needed the entire interior space gutted. We chose Oregon Demolition to do the job. They worked quickly and safely. It was done in a short amount of time and the crew was professional.

Oregon Demolition removed our concrete deck. They maintained cleanliness and I actually enjoyed working with the demolition team. They were diligent with the project and the cost was fair. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't finish the project. They removed the beams and the concrete deck but they left the columns, so I had the columns left sticking out in the air. They said that removing the columns will require another job order and it will cost me $500 more. I took out the beams myself because I didn't want to pay an additional $500 for a 15-minute job, which I believe was supposed to be part of the demolition contract in the first place. They also took out a lot of before and after photos of the project. I contacted them to request for a copy of the before photos to provide my insurance company but Oregon Demolition ignored all my emails and my calls. I didn't hear back from them.
