My back patio had sunken towards the foundation and was funneling water into it. I wanted the patio removed and back filled with dirt so I could build a deck. It was a 20 ft x 25 ft patio at least 6 inches deep with steps. I contacted O'Connor Excavation and spoke with the owner, Alec. He came out and gave me an estimate. I had a bunch of questions and was concerned about how thick it was. Alec assured me it would not be an issue, and he was right. The price he quoted was very reasonable. Their tracked skid steer with a jackhammer had the whole thing out and back filled with soil within a day. They did a great job and didn't make a mess of my yard.
My elderly mother had a 60x20 old, inground pool that had been neglected for 10 years and needed to be removed before we could sell the house. I had Alec from O Connor Excavation come out to give me a bid and he explained the whole process. He had the estimate over to me the next day and it was detailed and very reasonable. I needed it done fairly quickly because I wanted to get the house listed and they were able to squeeze me in and did a great job. The pool was likely built in the 70s and was made of solid concrete, so they hammered all of the concrete into small pieces and placed it in the hole. Then it was backfilled with dirt and compacted, and then topsoil was placed on top and seed and straw was put down. Everything was left very clean and they even swept off the street. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool removal.
My wife and I inherited a single-wide mobile home and it was a total dump. We wanted to have it removed so that we could stop paying the trailer park lot rent, so we got ahold of O Connor Excavation. The owner, Alec, came to the lot to examine it and he went over the whole demo process with us. The estimate he sent us the next day was very detailed and we agreed to hire them for the job. They had the entire project done within a day and a half and left the lot completely clean and free of all debris. It was actually very entertaining to watch them do everything and they looked like total pros. I would recommend them to anyone needing demolition services.
