I asked New Generation Demo LLC to demo my pool, and he gave me a bid. I paid him in good faith, and he said he would draw up a contract. After all was said and done: no contract. He took my money and didn t finish the job; he only worked one day on my project, finished nothing, and I have not heard from him since. After I found out the hauling company he hired to bring in the dirt had broken my neighbor s sidewalk, I asked him to text me their information. That was the same day I paid him for the job. My driveway is still covered in fill dirt. I had to clean my neighbor s yard of the spilled-over fill dirt, and my neighbor across the street still has a broken sidewalk. Plus, half the stuff he was supposed to haul off is still in my yard.

We had a one-car garage that was burned, so we had New Generation Demo take care of the demolition. The job was very unsatisfactory. This guy came to my house and brought his wife and kids. We helped watch his kids while he did his work. They left lots of stuff after the demolition, which caused us a lot of flat tires. It also took longer than what they said.
