We had a huge, gunite pool that needed a lot of work. We decided it was time to ditch the pool and reclaim the backyard. Matt was extremely responsive and was helpful in helping us navigate the necessary steps before starting the project. In a matter of days, Matt had completely demo’d the pool, reshaped our patio and filled and reseeded the space as if the pool was never there. Matt Cassina was able to come to give an estimate on a small project we had within 1day of our phone call to him. Unlike many, he replied quickly and provided a fair estimate. We needed a good-size, 3-step solid concrete porch demolished and removed. Matt of Neighborhood Services was willing to work our smaller job in between his large jobs and communicated the time frame well. Working with a Bobcat excavator and hydraulic hammer, he was very careful to avoid a below-surface plumbing discharge pipe and had the whole job done in a little over an hour. The price was fair. He knew exactly what could be done and did it well.

My wife and I had Neighborhood Services remove our in-ground liner pool late last fall. We can't say enough as to what an outstanding job Matt Cassini did. Especially since he had to fight some pretty wet weather which delayed the project for a few days. But Matt fought through and did a magnificent job working around the bad weather. He had a lot to remove, including the pool, concrete mat, a six-foot wooden fence that enclosed the area, a set of built-in wooden stairs, and various installations. The pool was set in a berm, so he had a lot of leveling and grading to do. He's an artist at that! Then he brought in topsoil and we had the whole area hydroseeded. It came out beautifully! All of this was done for a VERY reasonable price. Matt has a delightful, hard working personality and is easy to deal with.

We could not have been happier with the work done by Neighborhood Services LLC. The speed and precision with which Matt got the job completed was amazing. He had the whole pool and surrounding cement area ripped out in less than a day, but didn't get so much as a scratch on the immediately surrounding features, such as a retaining wall, stairs, and hatchway. Matt was excellent at communicating exactly what was going to happen and when, and was very pleasant to deal with. He was also great about cleaning up. We highly recommend him!

Matthew Cassini of Neighborhood Services was very professional and straightforward. He explained what he could do, and his confidence assured me that he knew what he was doing. His skill in handing the equipment going in and out of tight places was amazing. He never disturbed the surrounding areas, only the work area. He was on time, worked a full day, and it only took him five days to remove the pool, build the retaining wall, and lay top soil. On top of all that, he was a pleasant man to talk to. I have already referred him to a friend and is 5 stars in my book. My yard is now amazing, and we now have a fantastic yard for our three dogs to run around. I had a 26 ft. x 18 ft. inground pool that was 9 1/2 ft. deep. Matt from Neighborhood Services was very professional. He knew what to do and did the job perfectly. The pool was dismantled piece by piece, dump run done, scrap metal sold, and the hole was filled in with concrete from the pool and dirt from around the pool. Matt patted all the dirt and concrete down so it won't sink in. He then graded the ground, seeded, and hayed the area all in two days. Even the chickens are enjoying their new roaming area. Matt cleaned up after himself and put everything back that he had to move. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Matt a 12. I recommend Matt for future jobs to anyone who asks.

He filled in the pool, took away the debris, and left the area clean and graded. He even went above and beyond by making a small stone wall with some large rocks and put down grass seed.
