I lived out of state and was getting desperate until I contacted Joe at McKinnley Excavating. He put my fears to rest and took control of the projects I had. Joe did what two other contractors could not or would not do. The projects came out better than I expected. One retaining wall was 8 ft. x 75 ft. and the second was 6 ft. x 15 ft.—both block construction. Joe ensured that the walls met HOA approval. He also subcontracted Adam Sink at Green Street Landscaping for all the landscaping. Everything came out fantastic! Joe and Adam worked with me during the whole project.
