Established in 2005, Antique Beams and Boards is continuously in search of antiquated and unwanted structures in an attempt to reclaim and reuse as much of their materials as possible. Many old warehouses, mills, factories, barns, houses, and outbuildings built in the 1800s have either outlived their usefulness or become too costly to maintain.
Our full-time salvage crew carefully dismantles each building piece-by-piece with a lift, a hammer, and a crowbar. Our forte is old-growth timber cut from the Great Black Swamp, used to settle and farm the fertile lands of northwest Ohio. A quality product starts with careful demolition, which is why we take extreme care when dismantling structures. From our extensive inventory, we craft decorative accent beams, mantels, shelves, doors, flooring, paneling, tables, islands, and counter tops.
