Before we rented from Roots SRQ, we spoke to the company, but after we paid the deposit, we could not get a call back from anyone. The dumpster arrived with the bottom not cleaned out and with mud at the bottom, which I m sure added to the weight. When I emailed with questions upon getting the invoice (how could a carport of stuff be 3 tons), I never received an answer back and they just charged my card for the balance.
