I wanted a 10-stall red block construction garage to be partially demolished and have them leave 2 -3 stalls—the one with doors, and 1 or 2 connecting stalls. The contractor did a marvelous job and followed my instructions accordingly. I also wanted to rebuild the roof over the stalls that remained, and I needed an on-site opinion of whether any stalls are worth saving for lawn mower storage and keeping tenant bicycles out of the weather. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. The moment I spoke with them about the project, they immediately coordinated with me and explained to me what I needed to know. They were prompt, competitive, and very hands-on. Also, I wanted them to remove all resulting debris and scratch level the surface without bringing in any material. The outcome was everything that I expected. The job was neatly done, and their service was truly remarkable.
