I called a number of different contractors to remove two foundations, and Mark of Pater Bobcat Service was the only guy to respond promptly the next day. He came out with his equipment and was so professional. He told me it was going to take two days, and true to his word, he completed the job in two. He cleaned up everything after he was done and did everything better than my expectations.

I was really happy with the result of the demolition of my inground pool. Pater Bobcat responded to me in a timely manner and helped me get the permit. The following week, they immediately started with the project. I was super satisfied with their service, and I got the best price, which was three times cheaper than the one quoted to me by the previous contractor I spoke with. When I wanted my inground vinyl pool removed, filled in, and returned to grade, I gave the job to Pater Bobcat Service. They did an excellent job, and also removed a shed and a tree that I wanted removed. Their communication was outstanding. Mark let me know when they couldn’t come out, and when they did, they got in early and worked until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there. Mark stood by his initial quote, and gave us fantastic service. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
